My childhood was filled with nostalgic moments that you only see in the movies. It's the motivation behind most of my art. Stringing fresh popcorn and cranberries was an activity my sister and I would do while we waited for the cabin to heat up in the winter. We'd hang the garland from our Christmas tree and after the holidays my dad would put our tree outside to feed the birds and squirrels.
Popcorn crocheted with wool & acrylic yarn. Cranberries hand-painted wood beads. Strung on jute rope.
