Shipping + Pick-up
MBL products are only available for shipping across Canada.
MBL Apothecary is located in Ottawa, ON and charges HST on all products. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. If you have placed your order for shipping, your package will be mailed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a email confirmation once our shipping label is printed. This will allow you to tract your order.

When you place your order for pick-up, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready. We do not place orders outside for pick-up until we confirm when you are coming as our products are temperature sensitive. Please email maddie.mblapothecary@gmail.com to schedule the date and time you would like to come to collect your order. We do not leave orders outside overnight unless otherwise specified so please do not come after business hours. When you arrive for pick-up, your order will be located outside on our porch in a cooler with the MBL logo on it. If there are two coolers, please check them both for your order. There will be a bag in the cooler with your name on it.
