These socks were made from the leftover yarn from other socks. Due to frequent colour changing, the ends have been tied in on the inside so they won't unravel but they have been left long to prevent the short cut ends from working their way to the outside of the socks.
Indulge in the warmth, comfort and style of Nordic Socks. Hand-knit from the finest wool, these socks regulate temperature and their length ensures the perfect coverage, while being easily machine washable for convenience. Enjoy luxury feet with these unique and sophisticated socks.

Arts & Crafts and The Living Wage Incentive
Sometimes categorized as Domestic art, hand-made products for the home were usually created out of a need and with whatever you could find around the house. What was once an unpaid, household task or hobby (depending on who you ask), is now a critical niche that is hard to put a price on. In most cases, the current market value of handmade goods is slightly over or on par with the cost of materials. The purpose of this incentive is to provide full disclosure about the cost of making these products to increase the perceived value from impoverished to luxurious.
MATERIAL COST: $24
LABOUR: 10 hours paid at the current living wage ($21.95) = $219.50
