Massage balm generously over solar plexus, hips, lower back, tailbone, and buttocks. Increasing circulation with self-massage can help increase the absorption of the essential oils and therefore the effectiveness.
APPLICATION: Apply generously to affected area as needed. To be most effective, we recommend massaging the application area for 3-5 minutes to allow the therapeutic compounds to be absorbed.
